Foxes problems compounded by Robson departure

LEICESTERSHIRE’S season has not got off to the best of starts.
Deducted 16 points on the eve of the County Championship season starting, the Foxes were then beaten by Midlands rivals Nottinghamshire in their opening game.
Now things have got even worse with opening batsman Angus Robson, above, leaving the county by mutual consent in order to pursue other opportunities in the game.
Robson, 25, scored 2,995 first-class runs at an average of 31.52 in 53 appearances for the club. His contract was due to expire at the end of the season but he requested to be released early.
