LINDEN Park stalwart John Hoare gave a stunning demonstration of everything he has learned in more than 40 years playing the game by taking five wickets in five balls – at the age of 67.
As Linden Park’s 4th team took on Laughton 2nd in Division Seven of the East Sussex League, the vastly experienced Hoare unquestionably stole the show.
