WEST Chiltington and Thakeham have been left with a huge hole in their club according to chairman Stephen Hodgson, following the death of former captain Tim Monday during a first XI game last weekend.
All-rounder Monday, who also played for Wisborough Green during his career, died suddenly after a suspected heart problem during the home game with Middleton second XI and tributes have been pouring in for the popular player ever since.
