A QUICKFIRE half-century from Dan Christian ensured the men’s Aboriginal XI finished their final match of the 1868 commemoration tour on a winning note against Nottinghamshire.
The tourists claimed their fifth victory of the tour by 61 runs at Trent Bridge on Tuesday, having also seen off Derbyshire by seven wickets at the County Ground on Sunday.
Christian smashed 61 off 25 balls against the side he will soon be captaining in the t20 Blast as the Aboriginal XI reached 182-6 from their 20 overs, with Brendan Smith contributing 43 off 33.
