What is your role within England Disability Cricket?
As head coach of the Learning Disability squad I work remotely, it’s a part-time role that works around my full-time career, around 30-40 days a year contact time with players and staff. I was appointed in April 2010, and through that time I’ve taken the squad through three major series.
