IT’S not too long ago that Iceland were breaking English hearts at the 2016 European Championships on the Cote D’Azur – now they’re winning them on a cricket tour like no other.
The Icelandic cricket team will play their first ever international against Switzerland at St George’s College in Weybridge tomorrow afternoon.
A 50-over match will be followed by the country’s first ICC-recognised Twenty20 international against the Alpine nation at the same venue on Sunday.
