ENGLAND U19s star Jack Haynes made his latest statement of intent in the Second XI Trophy as he returned from an injury-hit winter to smash an unbeaten 180 against Yorkshire.
The Worcestershire Academy product took on a strong Yorkshire attack including Matt Fisher, Josh Shaw and Karl Carver but displayed his talent to hammer five sixes and 23 fours in a 117-ball knock.
Yorkshire had opted to bat on winning the toss but Adam Finch and Alex Wilkinson both picked up an early wicket in reducing them to 31-2.
