OPENER Alex Lees says Durham’s batsman have built a good platform to climb the Division Two table in the second half of the season after their win over Sussex.
For the first time since they played Yorkshire at Scarborough in 2013, three Durham batsmen scored hundreds in the same game including Lees, whose 143 was his second of the season and 14th of his career.
