IN MANY ways, the difference between England and India at this World Cup has been their ability to survive with a replacement opener.
Where England have collapsed since Jason Roy’s hamstring injury, India have survived the loss of Shikhar Dhawan, with KL Rahul stepping up to open in his absence.
