PETER Trego has revealed that he will leave Somerset with some special memories.
Trego, 38, who made his debut for the club back in 2000, is leaving at the end of the season after the club decided not to offer him a new white-ball contract.
“I understand the club’s desire to give younger players an opportunity, and whilst I’m no longer going to be a Somerset player, I will always be a Somerset fan”, Trego said.
