KENT’S director of cricket Paul Downton is convinced the county can get the best out of fast bowler Nathan Gilchrist after bringing him in from Somerset.
Gilchrist, 20, will spend the rest of the season on-loan before making the deal permanent in November 1.
Downton said: “We are confident he will become a significant cricketer for us.”
