MICKEY Arthur’s reign as Sri Lanka’s head coach which commenced in December 2019 has been anything but a bed of roses. Since his appointment, Sri Lanka have been inconsistent in the Test format, are currently placed ninth in the ICC ODI rankings and eighth in the T20I rankings.
However, for Arthur, the upcoming white-ball series against England, is an ideal opportunity to prepare his side for future challenges.
