ENGLAND chances of rescuing their T20 series against Pakistan were given a boost when it was confirmed Jos Buttler will return for the today’s second match at Headingley.
Buttler, England’s most destructive white-ball batsman, has been out for almost a month with the calf injury he sustained in the opening T20 against Sri Lanka in Cardiff last month.
His absence for Friday’s defeat in the opening match of this series against Pakistan at Trent Bridge was the ninth white-ball international he has missed since then.
