GLAMORGAN captain Kiran Carlson praised the efforts of Lukas Carey after the Welsh side edged their way to victory in their opening Royal London Cup clash.
Warwickshire had set a target of 222 in Cardiff, with 73 from captain Michael Burgess and a half-century from Chris Benjamin the driving forces behind their total.
Carey showed his prowess with two wickets, though Joe Cooke’s 3-35 on his List A bow also ensured Glamorgan maintained a stranglehold on Warwickshire’s total.
