LEICESTER Ivanhoe clung on for a one-run win over Langtons in the Leicestershire and Rutland League.
Leicestershire’s Sam Evans took 2-13 from his 10 overs as the home side looked to defend 156, which Evans admitted was at least 50 runs short of a competitive total.
Up against tenth-placed Langtons, they looked comfortable in their defence, with Langtons reduced to 36-6, as Evans explains:
