NORTHAMP- TONSHIRE have named the Wantage Road End of their ground as the David Capel End in memory of their former all-rounder.
Club legend Capel passed away in September 2020 at the age of just 57 from a brain tumour after serving the club for 32 years as player and coach.
Chairman Gavin Warren said: “Capes’ was the perfect example of a one club man.He is sadly missed by us all and we are proud to share this announcement.”
