Style and mystique: Ted Dexter was a dashingly entertaining batsman

Ted Dexter will always have a special resonance for me, along with his England touring cap.
You see, my Dad, Don Pringle, bowled Dexter for a duck in 1963, when Lord Ted, as he was known, toured Kenya with a team called the International Cavaliers.
