England’s current Test cricketers enjoy a round of golf (well, maybe not Jonny Bairstow), but so too do cricket writers, including this one. It was while driving back from a links course in north Norfolk to the B&B where I was staying that I saw the impact of the 2005 Ashes on Britain’s youth.
