Australian opener Usman Khawaja talks about an epic Ashes series in which he was rarely far from the action
Usman Khawaja is speaking to The Daily Mail’s Aadam Patel for WCM a few days after the end of the Ashes. Across the 2013 and 2019 Ashes series (Khawaja was injured for Australia’s visit in 2015), he averaged 19.66 in England with one half-century in 12 knocks. This time around, the 36-year-old was the leading run-scorer in the series.
