Andy Umeed laughs warmly. Then, in his smooth, Scottish accent, says, “I mean, you say ‘shake the tag’ as if I’ve shaken it!”
The unavoidable topic has been broached. He is on Somerset’s staff now, most recently making a pair of 30-somethings in a low scoring red-ball win against Essex.
