USA have showed in a three-match warm-up series against Bangladesh that they are not a team to be taken lightly in the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup.
Ranked no.19 in the world, they won the first two matches of the series before succumbing in the third. In the first match at Prairie View in Texas, the hosts beat their more illustrious visitors by 5 wickets, only the second time they had ever beaten a Full Member in T20Is, after overturning Ireland in 2021.
