All eyes on the World Cup – But Blast still packs a punch

If Twenty20 is your thing then you’ve got it made over the next few weeks. Between now and the middle of July they’ll be a total of 180 T20 games, 55 of them in the World Cup that started this week, and a further 125 in our domestic competition.
The T20 Blast has a low profile this year, given the events in West Indies and America taking place at the same time, with a number of big international names missing because of it. But don’t underestimate the pedigree of the overseas players who are on show in England.
