Cuckfield take advantage of weather to take lead

REIGNING CHAMPIONS Cuckfield have gone top of the Sussex Premier League after being one of just two sides to get a result last Saturday.
They defeated Middleton by six wickets, chasing down a target of 163 with 22 balls remaining. 68 from skipper Wesley Marshall was the standout innings for Cuckfield, while there was also an unbeaten 52 from Ollie Graham.
Earlier in the day, William Goss was the star performer with the ball taking 6-46 as Middleton were bowled out for 162 inside 42 overs.
