Crouch End stay dry to go top in Middlesex

CROUCH END managed to avoid the rain around the Middlesex County League and claim a win that saw them overtake Shepherds Bush at the top of the table.
They defeated Brondesbury by 143 runs, bowling them out for 91 having tactically declared after 38 overs with 234 on the board.
Pratik Patel led the way with the ball for Crouch End, picking up 4-47, while there were three-fors for both Aparajit Khurana (3-37) and Natim Hassam (3-3) as Brondesbury were bundled out in 30 overs.
