LESS THAN 2% of domestic female cricketers competing in this year’s Hundred are South Asian, despite British South Asian people making up 30% of recreational cricketers in England and Wales.
It is a fact Southern Brave all-rounder Naomi Dattani needs no reminding of, as the 30-year-old faces the stark reality of such a statistic every day she turns up to work.
