Bears to enter neighbouring territory

Switch: New Road

WARWICKSHIRE are to play their County Championship home fixture against Essex in July at Worcester – home of rivals Worcestershire.
With their Edgbaston home in use for rthe World Cup during June and July, it means the Bears will have to play at least one Championship game away from their spiritual home.
But instead of using an out-ground with the county, they have chosen to go to neighbouring New Road.
