Club life: Whitby Cricket Club has a growing senior and junior set-up

Perhaps more than any other sport, amateur cricket across the country relies on an army of volunteers to ensure each game takes place without a hitch, week after week.
For North Yorkshire & South Durham Cricket League Division 1 side Whitby, this rings especially true. Club chairman Tim Richardson emphasised the invaluable roles of the volunteers in moving the Yorkshire club forward.
