EXETER chairman Glenn Lammonby is confident in giving his young bowlers a baptism of fire as his side mount their assault on the Devon Premier League.
After losing experience bowlers Alfonso Thomas, right, and overseas player Blake Reed last season – who contributed 200 overs and 50 wickets between them – Exeter have put their faith in youth.
The batting line-up is looking promising with the arrival of Devon Lion Harvey Sargent and Lammonby hopes the senior players are comfortable with a mix of youth and experience.
