Flintoff’s back again to help Edg

ALDERLEY Edge is preparing to host the Ashes heroes of 2005, with Freddie Flintoff and some of his former England teammates challenging a club XI to a charity match later this summer.
Flintoff has been known to turn out for local side Alderley Edge at Moss Lane, but this time will lead a group of challengers dubbed ‘Freddie’s Ashes Legends’ in a t20 fixture on July 13.
And with all the money raised going to Prostate Cancer UK and the Alderley Edge Junior Cricket Academy, the 39-year-old is hoping to raise thousands.
