Dad and son hit tons

LODWAY is already celebrating a milestone season, with the club in its 150th year of existence, but a fatherson duo in the Sunday XI created yet more history earlier this month.
Clive Stitfall, 56, and 20-year-old son Ben both hit centuries against Cotham Porter Stores – a unique accomplishment in the club’s history.
First, classy left-hander Clive notched 100 not out before retiring, then all-rounder Ben followed in his footsteps with an unbeaten 103 – to the delight of onlooking club chairman Jason Parkhouse.
