MARSDEN Cricket Club have paid tribute to ‘fine cricketer’ Liam Curry and his girlfriend Chloe Rutherford after their deaths following the Manchester bombing.
The South Shields couple were both victims of the atrocity at Manchester Arena at the conclusion of an Ariana Grande concert on Monday night.
The club released a statement on their Facebook page paying tribute to both Liam, 19, and Chloe, 17, in addition to the 20 other people who lost their lives.
