A CRICKET club tea lady who was once honoured with an MBE has retired after 40 years of service.
Shelia Kegg first came to Colne Cricket Club, in Lancashire, during the 1970s where she helped to make tea, cakes and sandwiches.
The 85-year-old has tipped her teapot for many famous guests down the years, including Australian internationals Steve Waugh and Shane Warne.
But after four dedicated decades of service, the grandmother has finally decided to hang-up her pot for good. And Mrs Kegg was congratulated during her last match as she was honoured with flowers and a commemorative...
