FIRWOOD Bootle bowler Chris Liptrot admitted a potential clean sweep did briefly cross his mind after bagging career-best figures of 9-18 to skittle out Wallasey.
The former Worcestershire paceman ripped through the visitors’ batting line-up at Wadham Road as the hosts romped to a 125-run victory in the Liverpool and District League.
