STEWART’S Melville kickstarted their CSL Eastern Premier Division campaign last weekend with a hard-fought victory over Carlton while Mazars Grange, Heriot’s and Forfarshire won too.
At Grange Loan, Stewart’s Melville knew that they had to got a positive result after their batting woes of April and May.
A 67 run opening partnership between Kyle McCallum and Hayden Sweet set them up nicely before pro Shaylen Pillay, right, top scored with 42. Adeel Raza was the star of the show for the home side taking 5-26 as Stewart’s Melville were all out for 138....
