ALFORD bowler Nick Bennett believes setting a new ECB record of the lowest total to be bowled out for has strengthened the resolve in the team.
Boston saw off Alford for only 21 runs having set a target of 151, with Scott Elleray taking 5-12 and Ishan Jayarathna 4-9.
Despite the harsh defeat, Bennett claimed it only made Alford more resilient to improve in future.
