FERGUSLIE are on the cusp of winning the CSL Western Premier Division after their fine form continued last weekend.
The Paisley outfit have been the star turn in the west this summer and Saturday’s 59-run win against Dumfries means they are just one win away from lifting the silverware.
In the Dumfries win, Michael English with 90 and spinner Haroon Tahir (2-19) were the main men for Ferguslie.
Elsewhere, Grange and Heriot’s had their opponents in a spin on Saturday as the CSL Eastern Premier Division title chasers both recorded victories.
