MARCUS North retired while Calum MacLeod and Stephen Humble moved on to pastures new. And yet still the South Northumberland winning machine shows no sign of stopping.
And after completing an unbeaten season in the North East Premier League their record makes for remarkable reading.
They have now won 12 titles since the turn of the century, three of them in unbeaten seasons, and club manager and historian Duncan Stephen insists there is more to come.
