HORSHAM skipper Michael Thornely believes his side’s firstever relegation from the Sussex Premier Division could be a good thing for the club in the long run. The worst was confirmed last weekend with defeat to Three Bridges, Horsham now facing a winter readying themselves for a campaign in Division 2.
Horsham won just three of 16 games before relegation was confirmed, and after the final match of the season away at Brighton & Hove, Thornely believes youngsters will be centre to the rebuild.
