EAST Molesey captain Dominic Reed warned his reigning Surrey champions mean business after Himmat Singh clubbed 94 in a 33-run win over Wimbledon.
Reed’s men won in 2019 and top the table after two games this season following last year’s Covid-19 cancellation.
He believes the addition of India A batsman Singh — who faced just 69 balls — can propel the club to another title.
Reed said: “We don’t want 2019 to be a flash in the pan, we want to get that title again. I think Himmat was the difference, he was probably that level above everyone else.
