SAMIT Patel has turned back the years with a stunning start to the season at new club Langley Mill United with both bat and ball.
The former Notts and England man’s remarkable form has helped shift his new club up to fourth in the Derbyshire Premier Division after they finished bottom in last year’s reduced season.
Another superb knock saw him make 90 from just 96 deliveries, in Langley’s five-wicket victory over Denby last week.
