Green for go: Eight Ash Green CC have launched a project to protect the planet

ENVIRONMENTALLY friendly Eight Ash Green in Essex now want others in the cricket community to take a similar step.
The Colchester club have launched a project, Carbon Centurions, which aims to get 100 other clubs to join them in reducing their carbon footprint.
The rural village ground has been the scene of initiatives to help the planet, cutting down on general waste, reusing old kit, and utilising reusable cups and cutlery in the clubhouse.
