APPLEBY Frodingham’s Matt Morland is hoping the club cap off their centenary year by winning the Yorkshire Cricket Southern Premier Division title.
Having won 12 of their 15 matches this season, with just one loss and two no results, Appleby Frodingham went into this weekend top of the table with 154 points, 28 points ahead of Treeton in second place.
That record includes a three-wicket win over- Wakefield Thornes last weekend in which Morland starred, hitting 67 not out.
