LEAGUE leaders Appleby Frodingham edged out Tickhill in a thrilling contest in the Yorkshire South Premier League, after a star performance from Matthew Harris.
Frod maintained their lead at the top of the league with the end of the season fast-approaching, but only after a real battle.
Quick bowler Harris was the difference, after a sensational first-innings spell that saw him remove the top three opposition batsmen, all without troubling the scorecard.
