JACK Sterland led from the front all season long, as the Chelmsford skipper anchored his side to a third Essex Cricket League title and then led the deserved celebrations at clinching the crown.
Having won the title in 2015 and 2017, a narrow two-run win against Wanstead & Snaresbrook last Saturday sealed the title for Chelmsford with a game to spare.
