NATHAN Poole’s century may have helped seal Preston Nomads’ title but the opener hailed his side’s potent bowling attack as the key factor behind their success.
Nomads were regular Sussex Cricket League champions around the turn of the decade, finishing top six times between 2006 and 2013, and Poole’s first ton of the season against Brighton & Hove on August 28 laid the foundations for the win which ensured the trophy cabinet has been replenished.
