WITH the majority of the leagues in the country washed out, one competition that managed to get a full programme was the North Yorkshire & South Durham League.
Barnard Castle turned over Stokesley by the convincing margin of 165 runs thanks to an unbeaten 73 from Richard Borrowdale and figures of 3-7 from former Yorkshire left-arm spinner Karl Carver.
