AUSTRALIAN left-arm seamer Brad Ryder enjoyed a debut to remember in Newent’s victory over Fairford in Division Two of the Gloucestershire County League last weekend as he recorded the staggering figures of 9-4.
Fairford were blown away for just 10, their entire innings lasting 10.3 overs, with seven of Ryder’s victims being clean bowled. In response, Newent reached their target in eight balls, the entire match lasting just 11.5 overs.
