England Women left-arm spinner Sophie Eccelstone took five wickets for Alvanley against Bollington in Division Two of the Cheshire County League.

The leading women’s ODI bowler in the world finished with figures of 5-12 from 10 overs as Alvanley successfully defended 203-8, restricting Bollington to 1919 from their 50 overs.
Ecclestone, down to come in at number 11, did not bat for Alvanley, but her introduction with the ball in the 13th over of the run chase turned the Bollington innings on its head.
