TOWNVILLE CHASED down 374 to defeat New Farnley by five wickets to reach the semi-finals of the Bradford Premier League’s Priestley Cup competition.
Chris Holliday led the way, scoring 113 from 73 balls, his second century of the competition, having smashed an unbeaten 114 from 45 balls against Bowling Old Lane in the second round back in June.
There was also a 94-ball 102 for Abdul Wahid before Sri Lankan overseas Dushan Vimukthi finished 90 not out from 68 balls to complete a remarkable run chase with 11 balls to spare.
