LEAGUE LEADERS Jer Lane, champions Woodlands and third place New Farnley all recorded wins last weekend to stay in contention to take the Bradford Premier League title.
Jer Lane defeated Pudsey St Lawrence by 25 runs, bowling them out for 209 to defend 234-8. Ex England Under-19s batter Mosun Hussain top scored with 90 as leg-spinner Archie Scott took 4-82, before Adal Islam bagged 4-31 to help dismiss Pudsey in the 48th over. Jonty Mighell’s 54 went in vain for the Saints.
